  • Kurenai: A feared assassin. Not much else is known.
    • In-game desc: "Within the space between nightmare and reality lurks a killer in the shadows. It is unclear who she works for, as she kills humans and Xenos alike. All that IS known is her skill: She is the most dangerous assassin in the galaxy. So cross your fingers and pray she's on your side."
  • President Gerald Folsom: Originally introduced and killed in N.O.V.A. 2.
    • In-game desc: "Gerald Folsom is the recently elected President of the Colonies. He is on a path towards absolute power. Through his victories in the Xeno Wars, he plans to grab even more power. The battlefield awaits the Commander in Chief... the future awaits!"

Differences between the original N.O.V.A.[]

Withdrawal of stores and closure of servers[]

The game got taken off from most apps store after 2023. The final content update released was Update 10, which reintroduced President Folsom with and some new weapons. However more was planned with Update 11 is in conceptual phases. But probably do to Legacy lack of an player base it was scrapped and Gameloft cease all further development on the game with all the social media page of Legacy on Facebook and Twitter being deleted.

At this time, the YouTube channel for Legacy still remains, and so does the multiplayer, although filled with modders and cheaters.

Trivia[]

  • It's possible that originally N.O.V.A. Legacy was supposed to be another project, aka "N.O.V.A. X". It used references from Destiny and Halo: Reach, but its validity has yet to be confirmed. Concept arts from "N.O.V.A. X" can be found in this page.
