Sagittarius is an ice planet, and was home to a Judger artifact. Kal Wardin travelled there to prevent the Volterites seizing it, however he was too late, and it was taken and installed in SkyCity. The portion of the planet seen has many Human-Volterite Alliance installations, indicating it is likely under their control, as what's seen isn't likely to be temporary.
